About APDC
Established in 2014, APDC is a London-based town planning consultancy providing professional advice across a wide range of residential, commercial and mixed-use development projects. We work with homeowners, landowners, developers and businesses, helping them understand the planning potential of their sites and navigate the planning process with greater clarity.
Our services cover the full planning journey, from initial site appraisals and pre-application advice through to the preparation, submission and management of planning applications and appeals. We identify the relevant planning policies, site constraints and development opportunities at an early stage, allowing clients to make informed decisions before committing further time and expense.
Every project is approached on its own merits. We take the time to understand the client’s objectives, the character of the site and the local planning context before recommending a clear and proportionate strategy. We also work closely with architects, technical consultants and local planning authorities to coordinate the information needed to support each proposal.
